We respect your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you visit our website, download free materials, book a call, or purchase digital products. We comply with UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Flowstate Drinks Consultancy is the data controller for the activities described in this notice.

2. What data we collect
We collect: identity and contact data; purchase and account data; booking data; marketing preferences and consent; device/usage and cookie data; and email engagement. We do not intentionally collect special category data; please don’t submit health information via forms.
3. How we collect data
Directly from you (forms, bookings, purchases, emails); automatically via cookies/analytics; and from payment/platform providers to fulfil transactions and provide access.
4. Why we use your data (legal bases)
To perform a contract or take steps at your request; for our legitimate interests (operate, secure and improve the site; protect IP; communicate with business customers); with your consent (marketing, non‑essential cookies); and to comply with legal obligations (tax/accounting).
5. Cookies, analytics and marketing
We use a consent banner for non‑essential cookies. Analytics may include Google Analytics 4 and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. You can accept, reject or manage preferences at any time. Marketing emails are sent only with consent or as allowed by PECR. You can unsubscribe at any time.
6. Free downloads and automations
When you request our free recipe PDFs, we collect your name, email and venue type to deliver the file and send a single follow‑up email approximately 72 hours later. You can opt out at any time.
7. Purchases, accounts and My Library
When you purchase the e‑book or course, an account is created automatically to provide access via My Library. Purchase records and access logs are retained to fulfil the contract and for accounting.
8. Sharing your data
We share data with service providers who act on our instructions, including website hosting/platform, payments, analytics/advertising and email/automation providers. They must protect your data and use it only for our purposes.
9. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. We rely on safeguards such as adequacy regulations and standard contractual clauses where required.
10. Data retention
Purchases and invoices: ≥6 years. Accounts/My Library: while active, then deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period. Marketing contacts: up to 24 months after last interaction or until you unsubscribe. Booking and contact enquiries: up to 24 months. Cookies/analytics per tool settings and your consent choices.
11. Your rights

12. Security
We use technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk, including access controls and encryption in transit where supported. No system is perfectly secure.
13. Children
Our site and products are for professionals aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be posted with a new effective date.
