Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 November 2025

1. Who we are

Flowstate Drinks Consultancy (“Flowstate”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides beverage R&D and training services, and sells digital products such as an e‑book and an online course via our Wix website. Our contact email is info@flowstate-drinks.com.

2. What these terms cover

These Terms govern your use of our website, purchases of digital products, participation in our online course, bookings for discovery calls, and any member access to “My Library.” By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

3. No medical advice

Our content is for hospitality operations only and is not medical or nutrition advice. We do not make medical, disease, or reduction‑of‑risk claims; menu language is sensory and occasion‑led in line with UK CAP Code principles.

4. Using the site

You may browse the public pages for your own business purposes. You must not misuse the site (including introducing viruses, scraping, or attempting unauthorised access). We may suspend or withdraw the site without notice.

5. Accounts and “My Library”

“My Library” lists digital products you have purchased. An account is created automatically at checkout to provide access. Keep your login confidential and do not share access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose security risks.

6. Digital products and licensing

When you purchase the e‑book or the course, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence for your internal business use. You may not copy, re‑sell, publicly share, or re‑publish our materials, nor create derivative works for distribution.

7. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and may change at any time. Payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Orders and fulfilment

E‑book: after purchase you receive a receipt email and access to download the PDF from My Library.
Course: after purchase your account is enrolled and you can access the course via My Library.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Consumer laws may provide a cooling‑off period for digital content. Where applicable, you agree that access to the e‑book or course may begin immediately after purchase, and that once download or streaming begins you may lose the right to cancel. Notwithstanding the above:

  • E‑book: refundable only if the file has not been downloaded.

  • Course: 7‑day refund if you reasonably conclude it is not useful for your team; we may request brief feedback to improve the course.

To request a refund, email info@flowstate-drinks.com with your order number.

10. Availability and changes

We may update or discontinue features, content, or prices at any time. If we materially change or discontinue paid access within your stated access period, we will provide a reasonable remedy (e.g., extended access, replacement materials, or a pro‑rata refund).

11. Bookings

Discovery calls are provided via our booking tool. We may reschedule for operational reasons. You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling and to join on time.

12. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You must not: (a) share purchased files or credentials; (b) reverse‑engineer or extract source materials from videos or PDFs; (c) use our content to create a competing product or service; (d) use automated means to access or collect data; (e) upload illegal or infringing content; (f) interfere with site security.

13. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, videos, PDFs, and documentation are owned by Flowstate or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

14. Disclaimers

The site and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for accuracy and practicality, we do not guarantee that content is error‑free or suitable for every venue or operational context.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, we are not liable for (a) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) business interruption; (c) indirect or consequential losses; and our total liability for any claim relating to paid digital products is limited to the price you paid.

16. Third‑party services

We use third‑party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, bookings, and email automations. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring claims in their local courts.
